Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 5 business days of their receipt. Orders that select an expedited shipping option are sent within 2 business days, though we strive to ship the same day the order is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is between 0 to 5 business days for in-stock orders. From the moment your order is received, we begin to process it. If your order includes custom engraving or work, please allow an additional 1 - 5 business days for processing time. Upon completion, those items will be shipped via the method selected during checkout. Once the order has been processed, it's ready to be shipped. Shipping time refers to the time after the order is processed to when it appears at your door. Shipping times may be up to 10 business days in duration depending on distance, carrier and items purchased.
Free Shipping: We feature free shipping for all orders over $200 within the continental United States. Orders utilizing free shipping will be shipped via the least expensive method possible. Shipping times may be up to 10 business days in duration depending on the distance, carrier and items purchased.
UPS Ground: UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States takes between 4 to 6 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. The cost for UPS Ground is based on your order total and the number of warehouses involved in the shipping process.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options, which are listed below, are available for an additional fee during checkout.

Order Tracking: All orders shipping UPS will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped. If you have selected free shipping, the tracking number, if available, will be emailed after your order ships.
Alaska & Hawaii: We ship via USPS and UPS for customers placing orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. USPS can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. A live quote is generated during the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE: USPS will not ship items containing Lithium batteries overseas.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. This is primarily a fraud prevention practice, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Backorder Shipping: The moment your backorder becomes available, we will ship it out via UPS Ground at no additional charge.
