Cancellation Policy
In-Stock Gun Cancellations
A 7% credit card processing fee will be applied on any In-Stock gun order cancellation.
Custom Gun Cancellations
Custom guns cancelled before production starts incur a 7% fee. After production of the frame or slide begins, a 12% fee will be applied. Currently, we have over 1,000,000 different configurations available without including color so we can't just simply “sell it to the next guy”.
Return Policy
If you are experiencing any issues with your product, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and any cancellation fees) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from Stealth Arms. All returns are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a refund. We will not accept returns after 30 days of receipt of product.
Changed Orders
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, you have a week to make any changes. After a week, there will be a $50 fee to change your order. If your order has begun manufacturing (slide or frame made), the fee to change your order is increased to $100. Any changes may be subject to upgrade fees. If your order has already been painted, you will not be able to change your order. Keep in mind changes to your order may increase the lead time.
Shipping Policy
We process in-stock orders within 3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) of receiving your order.
Our lead time for custom firearms at the time of writing is 18-20 weeks. This may not reflect current lead times, please check the product page for the most accurate lead time. If your firearm is ready sooner, we will ship it to your FFL ahead of the anticipated ship date. Expected ship by dates are provided in the order confirmation email and in order history on your account page.
Shipping Methods
Shipping for firearms
Ships to a FFL: All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We will not ship firearms to your home or business address.
Shipping Methods: All firearms shipped to an FFL must be via an expedited shipping method to comply with Fedex/UPS rules reguarding firearms. The options provided are UPS Next Day Air, Fedex Priority Overnight, and Fedex 2 Day Air.
Shipping for non-firearms
Free Shipping: We feature free shipping for non-FFL (non-firearm) orders over $200 within the continental United States. Orders utilizing free shipping will be shipped via Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground, as chosen at checkout. Shipping times may be up to 10 business days in duration depending on the distance, carrier and items purchased.
UPS Ground: UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States takes between 4 to 6 business days in transit and is traceable. The cost for UPS Ground is based on the weight of the items in your order and the number of warehouses involved in the shipping process.
FedEx Ground and Fedex Home Delivery: FedEx Ground shipping within the continental United States takes between 2 to 5 business days in transit.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options, which are listed below, are available for an additional fee during checkout.
- UPS Next-Day Air - Delivery within 1 business day for orders placed by 10AM EST M-F.
- UPS 2nd-Day Air - Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 10AM EST M-F.
- USPS - For small parts only in Flat Rate box

Additional Information
Order Tracking: All orders shipping via UPS or Fedex will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped. If you have selected free shipping, the tracking number, if available, will be emailed after your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: We ship via USPS and UPS for customers placing orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. USPS can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. A live quote is generated during the checkout process. We will ship firearms to US territories provided that there is an FFL to ship to. PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship items containing Lithium batteries overseas.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. This is primarily a fraud prevention practice, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays, shipments could be delayed due to production and/or warehouse closures. These closure dates may vary. For more details, contact our Support Team via our contact form or at 419-925-7005 (M – F 10AM – 4PM EST).
Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. We only accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. This transaction will be processed just like a credit card. You will not be required to enter your PIN number.
We do not save or store credit card information longer than necessary to complete the transaction.
Declined Payments
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:
- General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
- AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.
- Card code mismatch - The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.

Money Order, Personal Check or Cashier's Check
We accept money orders, personal checks and cashier’s checks. Please contact our customer service team by using the Contact Us Page to inquire about next steps.
Prepaid Credit or Gift Cards
If you are using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express pre-paid credit or gift card, register the card by calling the card-issuing bank. During the checkout process, be sure the billing address matches the address used when registering the card. If there is an address mismatch, the transaction will be declined and a hold may be placed on your card. Please contact the card-issuing bank if this occurs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be applied to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not instantaneous. Allow 2-8 business days for a refund to be processed. The length of this wait period will depend on your bank or credit card company. After 90 days, we can no longer apply refunds directly to credit cards. In those instances, we will either contact you to get the card number to apply the refund to, or we will mail you a refund check. If you paid by check and request a refund, you will also be issued a refund check.
Your satisfaction and sense of privacy is a priority for us, so we take a number of steps to ensure your safety and to give you a pleasurable shopping experience with us.
Credit Card Numbers
Your credit card transaction is conducted through a secure server. Your credit card number is stored only long enough for a charge to be made to it. We do not save or store payment information. Once the charge is completed, the number is removed from our server to guarantee your safety and privacy.
E-mail Addresses
We understand the annoyance of receiving junk e-mail. So, we want you to know that your e-mail address will never be given out or sold to any outside party, even ones that you might be interested in. This ensures that when you give your e-mail address to us for ordering or account purposes, you will not receive any other e-mail resulting from that action.
Our regular e-mails are limited to order confirmations, customer questions, and possibly an optional newsletter. If you have an account with us, you may choose to not receive our newsletter if we offer one.
Personal Information
We never give out your e-mail address, as described above, and the same applies for your personal information. Any names or addresses provided will only be used by you the customer, and by us, Stealth Arms, for ordering or shipping purposes. Stealth Arms complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws governing the sale, transfer and ownership of firearms.
