Experience the power of the ultimate, do-it-your-self jig. You will get great satisfaction from building your own masterpiece, something you can be proud of and pass down for generations or start a collection of your own builds! Our Jigs are made with 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. This is an aluminium alloy that utilizes zinc as the primary alloying element. It is extremely strong and durable and its strength is comparable to many types of steel. Additionally, it has good fatigue strength and average machinability but has less resistance to corrosion than many other alloys.

Why we use Aluminum:

7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum is often used in transport applications, including marine, automotive, and aviation, due to its extremely high strength-to-density ratio. Its strength and light-weight is also desirable in other fields such as being used with rock climbing equipment, bicycle components, inline skating frames, and hang glider airframes. These are just a few types of heavy duty equipment that are commonly made from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. Hobby grade RC models commonly use 7075 and 6061 for chassis plates. One interesting use for 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum is in the manufacturing of M16 rifles for the American military. E.g., high quality M16 rifle lower and upper receivers as well as extension tubes are typically made from 7075.

So yes, Stealth Arms only uses the best for its customers; after all this is your build and we want to not only provide you with the best materials available but we want to be a part of your 80% experience!
