It's hard to put into words what someone means to you. We can usually relate when someone loses a family member or close friend. Previous experiences help us to understand the grief, what that loved one meant and the importance they had. Jerry was not our family, still he came to family Christmas and birthday parties. He would help any of his coworkers, at any time. He filled many roles at the company. Although an expert at everything he did, the intangibles he brought will be missed the most.
